Incredible Winter Fishing on Bite Adventures!

The fishing so far this winter has been superb. We have a huge range of species to target and when the weather allows we head out to catch species such as Haddock, Whiting, Rays, Spurdog, Smoothhound and much more. Here is a selection of fish caught Bite Adventures so far this winter...

Big Winter Rays

The excellent ray fishing continues into the colder months and some crackers have been caught with Blondes up to 27lb and Small Eyed Ray up to 15lb!

Plentiful Haddocks

We have been getting amongst some great Haddock fishing. On light gear these fish fight very well. So far this winter we have seen Haddock up to 7lb 7oz.

Spurdogs, Smoothounds and Tope! 

At certain marks we can find good numbers of Spurdogs with the occasional run of Smoothounds and Tope too. Fishing can be hectic if they are around in good numbers. Some crackers have been caught so far this season with Spurdogs to 16lb+, Smoothounds to 20lb+ and Tope to over 20lb.
